The Danone Nations Cup was the world’s largest youth football competition and was held annually for 20 years, where players from all over the world came together to share their passion for football. This competition had the endorsement of FIFA and the support of the Federations and the Ministries of Education and Sports.
The objective of the Danone Nations Cup throughout the tournament was to educate children in healthy eating and hydration habits, in addition to showing them the importance of having a balanced diet. For this reason, activities such as awareness-raising workshops on nutrition, workshops on healthy eating and protecting the planet’s resources, as well as meetings with nutritionists and educational games were carried out.
MICSports was in charge of the entire competition from 2007 to 2019, organizing all the logistics throughout Spain, reaching all the cities and areas of the State, establishing a link between the clubs, who lived the tournament to the fullest and fought to reach the national finals.
