How we do it
At MICSports, we create 360-degree experiences with comprehensive management, striving for excellence and ensuring the event is a success.
We handle all sports management (clubs, academies, players), coordinate transportation and hotels, set up all facilities with the necessary services for participants, and handle all digital and offline communications.

Our team
Throughout the year, the MICSports offices work to prepare each and every event. A team that combines experience, leadership, passion, and knowledge with a common goal: to create sporting experiences with an uncompromising seal of quality.
The team is distributed across different departments:
- Management: Maite Colomer, David Bellver & Juanjo Rovira.
- Agents: Marta Blabia, Rafa Carrasco, Anna Carrillo, Sergi Cid, Enric Descarga, Samuel Paniagua, Guillem Pardo, Clara Pastor & Sara Torres.
- Logistics: Carlos Panisello, Amadeo Vilaró & Raul Vilaró.
- Marketing & Communication: Jan Carreras, Miguel Lois & David Oliveras.

Volunteers are the lifeblood of every MIC event. Their work is essential for everything to run smoothly. Their dedication, commitment, talent, and altruism are at the service of the participants.
Counting the various tournaments, MICSports has more than 400 volunteers responsible for competition tasks (scoreboard control, substitutions, punctuality, etc.), facility supervision (locker room control, coordination with ambulances), and hotel supervision (monitoring meal times and providing guides, etc.).
Volunteer participation in events is essential and indispensable. And the sense of belonging they achieve is evident in the fact that many of them return year after year. A true family.
To achieve excellence in our events, we seek qualified individuals who provide an extra boost to participants.
All events have physiotherapists on the fields. Their role is essential for providing initial care to the turf for minor knocks, bruises, or situations that require their presence. This is an additional service offered by clubs, which provide immediate coverage in the event of injury or discomfort.
In addition, our summer camps have qualified coaches who prepare a comprehensive technical and tactical program for the players who attend. Their experience and knowledge, combined with personalized attention, allow for highly targeted training to achieve individual improvement.

MIC events
Always with youth football
An international youth football tournament held every Easter on the Costa Brava with more than 400 teams and 10,000 participants. Football stars such as Messi, Neymar, Pedri, Carvajal, Palmer and Lamine Yamal have played in the tournament in recent years
An international youth football tournament held in the Dominican Republic since 2025. Following the same philosophy as MICFootball in Spain, teams from around the world gather in a spectacular facility with 13 natural grass fields. All-inclusive hotels.
A girls’ youth soccer tournament held in Osona. It’s aimed at players between the ages of 10 and 19, who enjoy a special weekend to round off the season in a competitive and family-friendly atmosphere. The third edition will take place in June 2026 in Osona.
An international 7-a-side football tournament held annually at the Mediterranean Sports Hub in Salou (Costa Dorada). With over 20 years of history, it hosts teams from all over Spain. It is played by children between the ages of 8 and 12, who enjoy a pro experience.
A summer soccer camp held for over 20 years in Andorra and since 2020 in Barcelona. The camp’s personalized methodology focuses on individual player improvement, as well as values-based learning and various recreational activities to enhance the experience.
Where the future stars are born
MICFootball is one of the most important youth football tournaments on the world stage. The scale of the event and its history have made it a benchmark for young footballers, who dream of following in the footsteps of their idols, like Lamine Yamal, who played there in 2022.
